This course is designed to give a comprehensive look at the various aspects of Mental, Emotional and Physical Health to help students obtain an accurate understanding of each. With this, the goal is for students to have a greater understanding of how to live and promote healthier lifestyles and to find strategies to cope in unhealthy situations they may find themselves in. This is not a course intended to help a student diagnose themselves; rather to have a better base of knowledge to recognize issues and understand when further assistance and help is needed.
